Project: We hired Regan Construction to do a massive remodel which included gutting/opening the main floor, adding a second story, and finishing all floors. They also built a two story, two car garage.
Our overall experience was fantastic! Regan finished on time and on budget. Our finished work is some of the best I have ever seen. We have a wonderful home and it would not have been possible without Regan Construction.

Matt and Arnie of Regan Construction undertook a challenging project of designing and building a new staircase. They completed the project on time, and within budget. Project: We hired Matt as a trim carpenter for our basement. The work he completed: Installed bi-fold doors with jamb, base trim, trim casing on windows & doors. He also helped us install a counter and bar top.
The experience couldn't have gone any better. He's very busy but set a time line for completing the work and stuck to it. Matt showed up on time and finished the majority of the work in a day and combined it with quality of a craftsman.
30 minutes after he started working and after seeing his first cased door, I remembered why I hired a professional. He even cleaned up after his work was completed. A couple of custom issues had to be addressed such as transition from hardwood to carpet, and cabinet that wasn't fitting correctly against a wall. His solutions were practical and looked great.
